BLACK OPS 7 / MULTIPLAYER PROGRESSION
Overclock.
Giving equipment, field upgrades, and scorestreaks a progression path of their own.

01 / THE PLAYER EXPERIENCE
Progression beyond weapons.
Overclock gives Multiplayer gear its own progression. Using equipment, field upgrades, and scorestreaks earns progress toward gameplay-modifying upgrades.
02 / MY RESPONSIBILITY
Building the gameplay foundation.
I built and shipped the gameplay-side foundation for the system: recording qualifying gear activity, updating player progression records through backend integration, and supporting the upgrade eligibility surfaced by the frontend.
Alongside that foundation, I implemented and maintained over 80% of the Multiplayer Overclock content across equipment, field upgrades, and scorestreaks.
03 / SHIPPING AND SUPPORT
A system and its content.
My involvement extended from initial implementation through iteration, shipment, post-launch tuning, and bug fixing. The work combined a shared progression foundation with the individual behavior of upgrades across the gear portfolio.
This contribution describes gameplay engineering scope; backend services, frontend presentation, and the wider game were collaborative efforts.
